I kinda pictured Octavia as someone who enjoys quiet winter days, where there's not a sound to be heard but the wind, shuffling tiny white flakes of snow through the air.

Octavia has been dubbed with two accent by the community.
One is british, the other is russian. But not even that much russian.

Normally I'm really not into anthro ponies...

This piece just proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that I'm emotionally incapable of disliking anything with Octavia in it.
